Coffin, De Lao & Associates was founded by its President, Raymond J. Coffin, Psy.D., a management and business psychologist with over 20 years experience consulting to business, non-profit, and government organizations, including start-ups and professional corporations in the highly competitive Southern California market. Dr. Coffin has worked extensively with founders and entrepreneurs on developing the personal skills necessary to ensure the continued growth of their emerging companies, as well as on succession planning and derailment projects which present significant risks to the organization's morale and financial well-being. He holds a Master's Degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from the Claremont Graduate University, a doctorate in clinical psychology from Newport University, and is certified as a licensed psychologist by the State of California.
